Money Market Accounts*

Irwin Bank money market accounts are a great tool to make the most of your "cash on hand". You earn a higher interest rate while preserving ready access to your funds. Make up to six pre-authorized transfers per statement cycle, three of which may be third party checks. (Federal regulations restrict the number of transfers).

Overdraft Protection -- Eliminate returned checks and non-sufficient fund service fees by requesting overdraft protection. Funds from your Irwin Bank statement savings, money market, or commercial line of credit accounts are automatically transferred for a small fee to your checking account when an overdraft occurs.

IBMA Account - Open this Money Market account with a $1,000 deposit. Funds grow with interest calculated daily and credited monthly to your account. IBMA also offers tiered-level interest rates so the higher your balance the greater your return.

IBMA Gold Account - Earn higher money market rates with a $15,000 minimum balance in addition to the benefits and accessibility of an IBMA.

Certificates of Deposit

CDs are a good choice to manage your funds that you don't require in the short term. You decide for how long you want to maintain your investment. (Penalties apply for early withdrawals).

Maturity lengths of 3 months to 10 years are available. However, shorter terms are available by request. View our rates on-line on our Rates Page.

Opening deposit requirements vary depending on term of CD.

Quick Cash CD - Get a higher interest rate offered by a CD, plus be able to withdraw the entire balance at any time without penalties after seven days. Only $1,000 opens this CD with a 10-month maturity.

Statement Savings Accounts

Saving is simple and convenient with an Irwin Bank Statement Savings Account. There are no fees with a $25 opening deposit and a maintained $25 minimum monthly balance. You earn competitive interest and receive monthly updates of your account balance.
